ATM Cash Management Associate

SUMMARY Job Description: ATM Cash Management Associate Location:- JP Nagar and Domlur ( Bangalore ) Stipend:- 16,000 In Hand. Gender:- Only Male Responsibilities: Daily Route Planning: Work with the Route Leader to create a daily plan for ATM cash withdrawals and loading. Cash Pickup: Collect cash based on the bank's requirements and denominations. Receipt Preparation: Prepare a cash receipt and get it approved by the Route Leader. Site Visits: Visit assigned ATMs daily to load cash or complete end-of-day tasks. Maintenance Issues: Resolve basic maintenance issues at ATMs quickly. Data Entry: Accurately record all transactions (withdrawals, loading, end-of-day, maintenance) on an Android device. Counter Entry: Enter transaction details in the bank's system and report to the Route Leader. Issue Reporting: Inform the Route Leader of any issues and log them in the Android device. Cash Return: Return any unused cash to the vault if loading couldn't be completed. Cash Balance Report: Prepare and submit a Cash Balance Report as needed. Coordination: Work with the Reports team to provide necessary customer reports.

Attention to Detail: Ensure accurate data entry and cash handling. Communication: Report issues and coordinate with team members. Reliability: Complete tasks on time and handle cash responsibly. Basic Maintenance: Ability to fix minor ATM issues. Education: Minimum 10th Pass
