Work Location: Jaipur

Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of project lifecycle of customer facing web and mobile projects – understand customer pain points, problem definition, requirements documentation, roadmap creation, definition of use cases, implementation, integrations with other software, release management, go-to-market strategy, roll out, etc.
• Manage backlog in JIRA, document testcases, maintain list of bugs after execution of test matrix, prioritize features and defects to be fixed.
• Perform A/B testing, multi variate experiments to validate hypothesis. Track success metrics of products to identify areas of improvement.
• Manage user access reviews, implementation of security guidelines for applications, participate in internal/external data/process audits.
• Coordinate with external vendors and internal teams to roll out projects.
• Point of contact for business units for multiple products. Work closely with cross functional stakeholders including but not limited to accounts, human resources, operations teams, software developers and other team members.
• Operate with significant autonomy to deliver results for the team and broader organization. Effectively communicate product releases to stakeholders.

Requirements:

• An entrepreneurial and result oriented mindset.
• Experience in managing customer facing web/mobile projects.
• Demonstrated ability to use data and metrics to make significant improvements in several products (web / mobile apps).
• Good to have experience in HFC, NBFC, banking, DSA, loan origination, loan management system, fintech companies, credit/collections/legal for housing finance.
• Good command over SQL and MS Excel

Education:

• MBA / Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Business or related field

Experience:

• 4-10 years professional experience in management of customer facing products, business analysis, management consulting or engineering.
