Summary:As a Business Function Implement Practitioner, you will support the implementation of activities for a specific business function to improve performance for a function end to end. This includes analyzing and designing/re-designing business processes and/or defining parts of an organization. You will have the opportunity to contribute to the success of the organization and make a positive impact on its performance.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME

Collaborate and manage the team to perform

Responsible for team decisions

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams

Contribute to the analysis and design/re-design of business processes

Define parts of an organization

Take ownership of assigned tasks and deliver them within the given timelines
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in SAP for Retail

Strong understanding of business processes and their impact on performance

Experience in analyzing and designing/re-designing business processes

Ability to define parts of an organization

Hands-on experience in implementing SAP for Retail solutions
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP for Retail

This position is based at our Bengaluru office

A 15 years full time education is required
