Summary:As an Industry Subject Matter Advisor, you will work closely with client project teams to provide expertise (functional, technical, industry, tools/methods) to ensure successful solution design and delivery. Your typical day involves collaborating with project teams and leveraging your industry knowledge to drive successful project outcomes. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME- Collaborate and manage the team to perform- Responsible for team decisions- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams- Lead knowledge sharing sessions within the team- Develop and implement best practices for project delivery Professional & Technical Skills:- Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Test Management- Strong understanding of project management methodologies- Experience in implementing quality assurance processes- Knowledge of industry-specific tools and technologies- Good To Have Skills:Agile project management experience Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Test Management.- This position is based at our Jaipur office.- A 15 years full time education is required.
