Summary:As a Product Owner, you will drive the vision for the product by being the voice of the customer, following a human-centered design approach. You will shape and manage the product roadmap and product backlog and ensure the product team consistently delivers on the clients' needs and wants. Your role will involve validating and testing ideas through recurrent feedback loops to ensure knowledge discovery informs timely direction changes.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Technical Product Owners (TPO) or Product Owners (PO) are responsible for the product details (e.g. writing stories) and day to day working with their team (e.g. managing backlog). They work closely with their Product Managers to understand the roadmap and features so they can break them up into stories to deliver with their pod. They share the following responsibilities with their PM.

Articulate the Product Vision and Product Strategy so that we know why we're undertaking the effort of building the product, and what our plan for doing so is.

Help Establish a Product Roadmap so that we have clear outcomes to prioritize our work against and can communicate to sponsors and stakeholders how the product is likely to evolve over time.

Establish and Track Against Measurable Objectives so that we know whether we are on the right path or not

Continually De-Risk Product Direction so that we only build the features we should build, based on validated customer problems and business opportunities, and increase the likelihood that the product will be successful in the market.

Prioritize Features so that we are always working on the most valuable thing.

Write and Manage User Stories from the perspective of the person who desires the new capability, usually a user or customer of the system.

Manage the Backlog so that the product team has a shared focus across tactical design and development work.

Decide When to Ship Software so that our customers can experience the benefits of our product as soon as possible, and we continue to gather valuable feedback about how to iterate on the product.

Help the Team Maintain Sustainable Pace so that we can go fast forever and not burn out or lose motivation.

Communicate Effectively so that product team, stakeholders and sponsors are all aligned, and we maintain moment.
Professional & Technical Skills:-Need product experience – understand MVPs, need leadership skills, etc. -Systems Thinking-Healthcare experience good to have-Digital Initiatives (e.g., member experience) good to have-Facets experience (ideally) or claims experience (if not Facets) needed in one resource.-Ability to run PMC, and know what a PMC is
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Product Owner
