Summary:As a Quality Assurance Lead, you will develop and maintain quality processes and conduct reviews working with global QA initiatives and processes. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our products and services, contributing to the overall success of our organization.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures.

Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with quality standards.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define quality metrics and establish quality goals.

Lead and mentor a team of quality assurance professionals.

Provide guidance and support to project teams in implementing quality processes.

Identify and address quality issues and risks in a timely manner.

Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging trends in quality assurance.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Selenium.

Good To Have Skills:Experience with test automation frameworks such as TestNG or JUnit.

Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices.

Experience in designing and executing test cases and test scripts.

Knowledge of defect tracking and test management tools.

Ability to analyze and interpret test results and provide actionable insights.

Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Effective communication and collaboration skills.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Selenium.

This position is based at our Coimbatore office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
