Summary:As a Software Development Lead, you will be responsible for developing and configuring software systems, applying knowledge of technologies, methodologies, and tools to support clients or projects in Jaipur. You will lead a team in the software development process. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME.- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.- Lead the team in software development projects.- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality software solutions. Professional & Technical Skills:- Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in IBM z/OS.- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle.- Experience in configuring and developing software systems.- Knowledge of technologies and tools used in software development.- Hands-on experience in applying methodologies and processes in software development. Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in IBM z/OS.- This position is based at our Jaipur office.- A 15 years full-time education is required.
