This role will involve working closely with various departments to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, as well as help drive process improvements through data analysis. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in business analysis, preferably in the IT or tech industry, and will have strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

As a Business Analyst, youll need to:
- Collaborate with stakeholders (e.g., business teams, project managers, developers) to gather and document business requirements.
- Create clear and concise Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), and use cases.

Education Experience Requirement
- 1 to 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
- Experience in business process analysis, requirement gathering, and documentation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with tools such as Microsoft Excel, SQL, and other data analysis platforms.
- Familiarity with business analysis methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), with the ability to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- A bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience with business analysis tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
- Basic understanding of IT systems and software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
