HR Manager

We are currently looking to hire super-enthusiastic and self-motivated HR Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building a rock star team to accelerate the growth of a category best seller D2C Brand.

Responsibilities

• Draft JDs and post those on relevant portals

• Source candidate profiles

• Screening for candidates

• New joinee orientation and documentation

Qualifications

• A degree in HR or related field.

• Strong track record of successfully helping build a cross functional team

• Must have good industry connections

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi

• Self-starter with a strong track record of meeting/exceeding your targets.

• Strong team player who can build good relationships at all levels of an organization.

• Aptitude to work in a fast-paced organization with active listening, negotiation, facilitation, and reasoning skills.

• Female candidates would be preferred
