Potential for growth and future opportunities within Alien.   As a Project Manager, you will do,   Oversee assigned projects from initiation to closure, ensuring successful delivery within budget and timeline. Plan, allocate, and manage project resources effectively, including personnel, equipment, and budget. Maintain clear communication and alignment with all project stakeholders, including clients, team members, and leadership. Identify, assess, and mitigate potential project risks to ensure project success. Define, document, and manage project scope to ensure deliverables meet client requirements. Develop and maintain project schedules, including timelines, milestones, and critical paths. Create and manage project budgets, monitoring and controlling project costs. Track project progress, prepare reports, and communicate project status to stakeholders effectively. Proactively identify and resolve project issues to minimize impact on timelines and deliverables. Apply appropriate project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) to manage project lifecycles. Proficient in project management software tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Jira) for planning, tracking, and collaboration.
