Plan, develop, evaluate, improve, and communicate methods and techniques for selecting, promoting, compensating, and evaluating employees
Streamline the Org structure and build pay/salary bands for all levels. Pay equity (gender wise) analysis
Conduct dipstick surveys to monitor internal equity and compa ratio for all levels.
Measure metrics like - Compensation revenue factor, Bonus pay percentage, percentage of employees promoted, avg. promotional increase, benefits spend rate, average increment etc and present to management
Manage and oversee the accurate processing and calculation of salary payments, benefits, and deductions with 100% accuracy
Regulary monitor and track the employee turnover rate to identify trends and patterns.
Ensure compliance with relevant laws and internal poilicies.
Analyze engagement data and metrics to report on trends, successes, and areas needing improvement to senior management.
Create and maintain an internal communications strategy to ensure employees are informed, engaged, and feel valued within the organization.
Collaborate with department heads and managers to identify training needs and develop programs that support employee skill development and career advancement.
