Requirements: Strong understanding of linear algebra, optimisation, probability, statistics Experience in the data science methodology from exploratory data analysis, feature engineering, model selection, deployment of the model at scale and model evaluation Background in Machine Learning with experience in large scale training and convolutional neural networks Deep understanding of evaluation metrics for different computer vision tasks Knowledge of common architectures for various Computer Vision tasks like object detection, recognition, and semantic segmentation Experience with Python Web Framework (Django/Flask/FastAPI), Machine Learning frameworks like Tensorflow/Keras/Pytorch.
