Urgent Hiring For Business Analyst Technology

Position Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technology and business analysis, with a proven ability to translate business needs into technical requirements. This role will involve working closely with stakeholders across various departments, internal technology/development teams and customers. Role & responsibilities Gather and analyse business requirements from stakeholders and translate into detailed technical specifications. Sharing FRDs and BRDs Create and maintain documentation such as business requirements, functional specifications, and test plans. Effectively manage change requests received from the business; align and dedicate task to development teams. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and design, develop, and implement solutions that address business challenges. Conduct feasibility studies and gap analysis to align business requirements with technology division. Conduct the testing and quality assurance processes to ensure that developments meet business needs and requirements. Provide support and guidance to stakeholders and development teams throughout the implementation process. Align with internal and external development teams, monitor project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders and management Stay informed about emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend innovative solutions. Good knowledge of project management and collaboration tools like teamworks, JIRA, Confluence, etc Determine and develop user requirements/user stories for the project, to ensure maximum usability. Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather feedback and drive project requirements. Communicate effectively with technical teams to translate business needs into actionable deliverables. Monitor project progress and report on status to stakeholders. Provide support in user training and documentation to ensure successful implementation of solutions. Conduct testing, Demonstrate solutions to customer. Support UAT and go live. Integration monitoring after go live. Requirements/Qualifications: Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Systems or related field. Should have proven experience in making FRDS & BRDS 3-5 years of Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role in the technology sector. Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyse, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels. Experience in Agile methodologies and tools Past experience in conducting, Automated and manual testing is desirable. Familiarity with project management frameworks. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities. Preferred candidate profile Any experience working with retail ecommerce channels (e.g., Shopify, Walmart, Faire, Hubsopt, Nuorder). Any experience working with 3PLs for supply chain management (e.g., PeopleVox, Mintsoft, Whiplash, Torque, Walker logistics etc). Any experience working with ERPs (e.g., Brightpearl, Cin7 Core, NetSuite, Microsoft Business central). Able to work independently while following instructions. Strong analytical mindset, eager to take initiative and think creatively. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and organize tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
