Business Analyst - Autuskey

The ideal candidate will have experience in software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, and Kanban Strong knowledge of requirements gathering and documentation techniques Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Responsibilities Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements. Facilitate requirements gathering workshops, interviews, and meetings. Create detailed project documentation. Collaborate with development teams to ensure correct implementation. Conduct analysis of existing processes and systems for improvement. Assist in defining and implementing agile/scrum processes. Participate in sprint reviews and retrospectives. Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and coordinate with stakeholders. Collaborate with product owners and project managers to prioritize and manage the product backlog. Experience and Skills Required 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst. Proficient in using agile project management tools. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
