About Us

Role & responsibilities


  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage sourcing, screening, and selection processes; oversee smooth onboarding and orientation programs.
  • Training & Development: Identify skill gaps, develop training programs, and evaluate their effectiveness.
  • Employee Engagement: Drive initiatives for employee satisfaction, team building, and retention strategies.
  • HR Operations: Ensure accurate documentation, timely payroll processing, and compliance with company policies.
  • Grievance Redressal: Address employee concerns, mediate conflicts, and ensure adherence to the code of conduct.
  • Exit Formalities: Conduct exit interviews, manage knowledge transfer, and maintain alumni relations.

Preferred candidate profile


  • PGDM or MBA in HRM
  • Min 3 Years of Exp in BFSI / NBFC / VC / IB Sector
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
