About Us

  • Job Description:We are seeking a qualified candidate for the position of German Language Customer Support Representative at our BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) company
  • The ideal candidate will be fluent in German and English, with strong communication skills and a passion for providing excellent customer service
  • Responsibilities:Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer support to German-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat
  • Language Proficiency: Communicate fluently in both German and English to assist customers effectively and accurately
  • Issue Resolution: Resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to provide informed and helpful assistance to customers
  • Documentation: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, including inquiries, complaints, and resolutions
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues and other teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and share insights to improve processes
  • Quality Assurance: Adhere to company policies and quality standards to deliver consistent and high-quality service
  • Continuous Learning: Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers
  • Requirements:Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken, is mandatory
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset
  • Attention to detail and good organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility in working hours, as this role may require shifts
  • A positive attitude and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
