Quality Assurance Specialist

Job Summary: We need a quality assurance specialist to help us review the quality and safety of meat products and services from various companies. You will be responsible for testing, inspecting, and auditing such meat products. This will include helping fine-tune our recipes and website content. You ll also provide feedback and recommendations for improvement and compliance. Description of Tasks: Test, inspect, and audit meat products, recipes, and website content - using various methods and tools, such as sampling, tasting, checking, and reporting Ensure that products and services meet the quality and safety standards and regulations of our organization and the industry Identify and report any quality or safety issues or defects, and propose corrective or preventive actions Provide input to review articles on meat products and preparation methods Document and maintain records of quality assurance activities and audit reports Collaborate with other teams, such as production, marketing, and customer service, to ensure quality and consistency across the board Stay up to date with the latest trends and developments in quality assurance, food science, and meat and cooking List of Qualifications: Degree or certification in quality assurance, food science, or a related field Proven experience as a quality assurance specialist, preferably in the food industry Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and attention to detail Knowledge of quality standards and regulations, such as ISO, HACCP, and FDA Proficiency in quality assurance methods and tools, such as sampling, testing, inspecting, and auditing Passion and knowledge for meat and cooking, and ability to test and evaluate our products and services Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with good communication and organizational skills Ideal Profile You have at least 1 year experience ideally in Business Analyst / Project Manager or Marketing Communications within Consumer and Media Entertainment industry. You have good interpersonal and communication skills and are adept at working with multiple stakeholders to drive desired outcomes. Experience within would be a strong advantage.
