About Us

Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the HR department, including filing, clerical duties, and preparation of HR documents.
  • Oversee the recruitment process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, coordinating interviews, and leading the selection process.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
  • Manage employee onboarding process, including preparing welcome materials, conducting orientation, and overseeing necessary paperwork.
  • Organize company events and initiatives, such as team-building activities or wellness programs.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Lead HR projects (e.g., organize a job fair event).
  • Respond to internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests and provide assistance.
  • Manage payroll and benefits administration as needed.
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor s or Master s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in human resources management.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
