About Us

Role Overview: Responsible for managing client social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.), ensuring consistent posting, design quality, and growth strategies. Must handle both strategic and executional tasks. Key Responsibilities: ● Develop and execute monthly social media content calendars. ● Upload posts, reels, and stories on time across platforms. ● Research industry trends & competitor activities to identify opportunities. ● Create performance reports (weekly/monthly) with actionable insights. ● Engage with audience (comments, DMs, community building). ● Collaborate with the design and video editing team when needed. ● Stay updated with the latest social media trends and algorithm updates. ● Design creatives (posts, carousels, stories) using Canva/Photoshop/Illustrator

Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube. ● Canva + Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator (basic to intermediate design skills). ● Social Media Ads knowledge (advantage). ● Strong research and analytical ability. ● Excellent communication and English writing skills
