About Us

The position of Lead Software Engineer at Timelabs is a full-time, on-site role. In this capacity, you will work with the development and maintenance of web applications, leveraging your extensive knowledge in software development and programming. The role demands proficient problem-solving abilities and a collaborative spirit to work with cross-functional teams.

Skills Required:

At least 5+ years of relevant experience in web development on .Net Platform
Critical thinking, problem-solving and strong analytical skills are must.
Extensive experience with programming languages & database such as C#, JavaScript, Python, MSSQL etc.
Experience working with agile development in business-critical applications.
Strong logical, problem solving and critical thinking abilities
Excellent organization and time management skills
Demonstrated ability to lead a team
Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment in the performance of duties
Degree in Computer Science or relevant field.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain software applications and systems.
Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
Periodically review the code and ensure code quality standards are met
Monitor the development timelines & delegate tasks to developers.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and solve complex software problems
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers
Participate in Agile development methodologies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including product managers, designers, and other engineers
Contribute to the development of technical specifications and project plans
Ensure software quality for efficiency & responsiveness.
Document and maintain software functionality.
