Cyntexa is looking for a ServiceNow Developer specializing in tailoring and enhancing the ServiceNow platform to meet specific organizational needs
You will design, develop, and implement solutions by customizing applications, writing code, and integrating systems
You will troubleshoot technical issues, collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements, and ensure smooth functionality while documenting processes and training users
A ServiceNow Developer must work with stakeholders to turn business goals into technical solutions

Master s or Bachelor s degree in engineering, computer science, or any relevant field
Experience in IT service management
Having a strong understanding of software development principles, coding languages (such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS)
Hands-on experience through internships, projects, or relevant work experience.
Key Responsibilities
Responsibility of technical specification and implementation of the ServiceNow integration
Provide expertise on all technical questions related to the development on of ServiceNow
Develop the technical solutions, implement them and perform the component integration tests
Understand the business needs and the needs to standardize processes, and build this into the design
Understand the large scale thinking and approach needed for success of the project
Modify and configure ServiceNow applications to match specific business needs, utilizing workflows, forms, and scripts.
Handle tasks like architectural changes, integrations, and new module implementation.
Write, test, and deploy code (JavaScript, Glide API, etc.) to extend the functionalities of ServiceNow.
Writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code requires expertise to achieve.
Work closely with stakeholders, such as business analysts and users, to understand requirements and provide effective solutions.
Manage data within ServiceNow by configuring tables, fields, and relationships, ensuring data integrity and efficient retrieval.
Debugging and fixing technical problems
Key Skills Required
Experience on technical implementation of various Service Now modules such as Incident Management, etc.
Change Management, Problem Management, and Configuration Management.
Experience of developing web applications, with knowledge of Angular.js.
Experience of custom solutioning on Service Now
Extensive knowledge of JavaScript
Familiarity with UI, SQL, HTML and CSS
Knowledge of XML and structured programming concepts
