HR Manager - (Maternity Cover)

• Bachelor s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master s degree or MBA in HR is preferred.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in HR management, including 2-3 years as an HR Director with a focus on India-specific HR practices..
• Strong knowledge of Indian Labor laws and regulations.
• Proven track record in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Proficiency in HRMS/HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
