Site Engineer

Location: On-Site Field Job (Delhi NCR Bareilly,, Alwar, Odisha). Currently we would be specifically hiring for Bareilly and Alwar, Rajasthan and then after project completion we could relocate you as per your need.

Position Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Site Engineer with a background in residential and commercial construction to join our team utilising RCC (Reinforced Cement Concrete) structures. The ideal candidate will have over 3-6 years of hands-on experience, strong technical skills, and the ability to read and interpret architectural drawings. This role requires a proactive individual who can effectively manage on-site operations and collaborate with the team to ensure timely and high-quality project completion. This role requires a proactive individual who is willing to relocate to various site locations across India.

Key Responsibilities:

• Site Management: Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring construction activities are carried out according to approved plans and specifications with precision down to the millimetre.
• Team Coordination: Act as a channel between the onsite team and the backend project management team, providing daily progress updates and addressing any issues that arise.
• Guidance and Correction: Monitor the work of onsite teams, providing immediate guidance and corrections when necessary to ensure adherence to quality standards and project specifications.
• Procurement Management: Identify and communicate procurement requirements in advance, ensuring timely acquisition of materials to avoid project delays.
• Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures on-site, ensuring all construction meets industry standards and project specifications.
• Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment for all personnel.
• Client Interaction: Occasionally interact with clients to provide updates and address any concerns, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate site records, including daily logs, material deliveries, and site progress reports.
• Read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications to ensure accurate execution of work on site.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals to ensure smooth project progress.
• Ensure all construction activities are completed within the specified time frame and budget.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 3-6 years of experience in construction, particularly with RCC structures in residential and commercial projects.
• Strong technical skills and proficiency in reading and interpreting architectural drawings.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively coordinate with teams and clients.
• Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Good command of English, both written and verbal.
• Willingness to relocate to site locations as needed.
