 
    1. Plan, manage and monitor recruitment, ensuring that right fit candidates are hired in the shortest time frame to meet organizational objectives. Given our growth plans both nationally and globally, this would be a critical role and would be personally engaged in ensuring that the selected candidates are appropriately onboarded through a streamlined induction process to ensure that they align themselves with the organization s vision and goals.
2. Works closely with executive leaders and management to advise, counsel, and provide coaching and resolution to address employees performance.
3. Serves as first point of escalation, communicates business developments and organizational changes to subordinates, and addresses and resolves employee concerns.
4. Promotes ethical and cultural awareness to the workforce through training, development and consultation.
