Team Lead – IT Service

*Role Overview*

We are seeking an experienced Team Lead to manage and coordinate all company departments. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth project execution, team collaboration, and client satisfaction while driving organizational growth.

*Key Responsibilities*

Lead and manage cross-functional teams across Web, Mobile, E-commerce, Marketing, Consulting, and Support services.

Oversee project planning, resource allocation, and on-time delivery.

Act as the communication bridge between management and technical teams.

Monitor team performance, conduct reviews, and implement training programs.

Drive process improvements, implement SOPs, and adopt best practices.

Collaborate with sales teams to ensure project feasibility and smooth client onboarding.

Stay updated with latest technology and industry trends to maintain competitiveness.

Support senior management in strategic planning and decision-making.

Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, IT, or Business Administration.

6–8 years’ experience in IT services with at least 3+ years in leadership roles.

Strong understanding of Web, Mobile, Digital Marketing, and IT Consulting services.

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Project management expertise (Agile/Scrum preferred).

Proven ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
