Campaign Consultant

Ensure best practice campaign design, build, QA, and execution on time and as per campaign brief. Work alongside senior technical consultants and managers to deliver technical solutions to support the marketing automation platform. Deliver technical and process documentation relating to the marketing automation platform and associated processes. Take ownership of communications between various marketing and technical teams to ensure campaigns or technical solutions are delivered on time and to specified requirements. Operate with a consultative and strategic approach to deliver solutions to support campaign design, briefing, optimisation and experimentation. Prioritise multiple tasks based on business critical outcomes and work in an agile manner to deliver to marketing needs. Analyse client data, current campaigns and insights to design solutions and identify opportunities to add value to campaigns and platform processes. Keep up to date on new technologies, industry trends and innovations to provide informed and relevant recommendations. Required Skills Experience Minimum 4 years experience working in build and delivery of data-driven marketing campaigns across multiple channels. Experience working in multi-platform environments that require orchestration of data across different systems to enable marketing campaigns. An understanding of systems integration would be ideal. Experience using SAS. Experience using SQL to perform data analysis based on business criteria. Experience with MS SQL Server would be a plus. Systems and business analysis skills, including delivery of high quality technical specifications and process documentation. Consulting skills, including stakeholder management across technical and non-technical teams. A background in managing multiple key projects or consultative work with a good track record of delivering success for a client or agencys business. Pragmatic problem solver with a keen attitude to deliver business outcomes. Work both independently and collaboratively with minimal supervision. Excellent written and oral communication skills.
