Key Responsibilities:

Outbound & Inbound Calls:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote our products/services.
• Answer inbound customer queries and provide accurate information about offerings.
• Follow up with interested customers to convert inquiries into sales or lead generation.

Customer Relationship Management:

• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication.
• Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
• Address customer concerns professionally and ensure satisfaction.

Sales & Business Growth:

• Explain product/service benefits and convince potential customers to make a purchase.
• Work towards achieving sales targets and lead conversion goals.
• Suggest upselling or cross-selling opportunities where applicable.

Record & Report Management:

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and follow-ups.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports on call performance and customer engagement.
• Work closely with the sales and marketing team to improve outreach strategies.

Requirements:

Education: Graduation degree in any discipline.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in Hindi & English (or regional languages as per business needs).
Customer Handling Skills: Ability to listen actively, address customer concerns, and maintain a professional attitude.
Sales & Persuasion Skills: Confidence in engaging with customers and convincing them about the benefits of our products/services.
Basic Technical Skills: Familiarity with CRM tools, data entry, and using computers for call management.
Time Management: Ability to handle multiple calls and follow-ups efficiently.
