Wanted HR Manager @ Coimbatore

Role & responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning to meet production and business needs.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws, health and safety regulations, and industry standards.
• Manage employee relations, resolve workplace issues, and foster a positive work environment.
• Implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and productivity.
• Oversee performance management processes, including appraisals, goal setting, and feedback.
• Coordinate with production and operations teams to align HR strategies with business objectives.
• Handle compensation, benefits, and payroll coordination in accordance with company policies.
• Develop and implement employee engagement and retention strategies.
• Monitors and ensures workplace safety and compliance with environmental and occupational health standards.
• Lead HR audits and compliance checks to maintain proper documentation and legal adherence.

Preferred candidate profile

• Educational Qualification: Bachelors/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: 5 -8 years of HR experience, preferably in a foundry, manufacturing, or heavy industry.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, industrial relations, and compliance requirements.
• Proven experience in talent acquisition, training, and performance management.
• Familiarity with payroll software.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle grievances, and conflict resolution (if applicable).
