SAP Open Text Consultant

1. Experience: Over 6 years of hands-on experience working with OpenText solutions, particularly in integrating them with SAP systems. 2. Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of SAP ERP systems (such as SAP CRM, SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA) and OpenText solutions like Extended ECM, Document Access, Archive Center, and Workflow Management. 3. SAP Modules Knowledge: Experience with various SAP modules and their integration with OpenText solutions. 4. Programming Skills: Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Java, JavaScript, ABAP) to customize OpenText workflows and applications. 5. Analytical Skills: Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities to address complex issues related to the integration of SAP and OpenText. 6. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members. 7. Certifications: OpenText or SAP certifications are a plus. Preferred Skills: 1. SAP Fiori Integration: Familiarity with SAP Fiori and its integration with OpenText solutions. 2. Cloud Solutions: Knowledge of cloud-based solutions and their integration with OpenText. 3. Automated Document Processing: Experience with automated document processing and workflow management systems.Key Responsibilities: 1. Client Interaction: Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, functional consultants, and client teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. 7. Training and Knowledge Transfer: Deliver end-user training, prepare detailed documentation, and facilitate knowledge transfer to both clients and internal teams.
