Human Resource Manager

• Drive Organizational Development initiatives for EKKI Group addressing the learning needs of its Employees and Business.
• Contribute to enhancing Employee Experience Employee Engagement programs, Facilitate Business Process Improvement and implementing HR strategic plan
• Partnering with Business and Business Leaders in achieving the business goals and supporting future needs from people s perspectives.

Responsibilities

• The position is expected to Lead effective Organisational Development
• Demonstrated Torch Bearer for EKKI Pumps and Servant leadership
• Effectively engaging the stakeholders like HR team, Business Leads, Sales Plant personnel to deliver people agenda
• Trickling down the culture of learning as competitive advantage and agility in adopting the changing business environment without losing the focus on Organizational Development

Responsibilities

• Contribute to key HR initiatives to drive retention strategies and talent engagement in line with business functional needs.
• Deliver Employee Mentoring Program effectively
• Develop HR Communication, Newsletter, Employee Engagement Calendar.
• Responsible for ISO Audits various Internal Audits.
• Offer Employee Counselling as needed
• Lead personal development plans for employees identified with challenges in performance
• Support in operationalizing HR strategies execute tactics that support business strategy.
• Implement weekly reviews and KRA/KPI

Qualifications

Qualification Required:

• Human Resources with 5-10 years of experience
• Professional certification like Train the Trainer from the institute of repute is an added advantage.
• Certification Experience is Psychometric test is an added advantage
• Language: English and Tamil are Mandated. Hindi is an added advantage
