HR Manager

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced HR Manager to join our team in the manufacturing sector. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in HR management with at least 2 years of experience in the manufacturing industry and advanced proficiency in Excel.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Payroll Management: Handle all payroll-related tasks, ensuring timely and accurate salary processing.
2. Hiring & Recruitment: Manage end-to-end recruitment (both online and offline) to meet the staffing needs.
3. Admin Work: Handle administrative tasks such as ticketing, travel expense management, and other logistical support.
4. Compliance Management: Ensure all compliance-related documents are maintained and updated as per company policies and government regulations.

Skills & Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 5 years in HR management, with at least 2 years in the manufacturing industry.
• Skills: Advanced Excel skills; good command of English (both speaking and writing).
