Role Overview
The HR Manager will be responsible for building and executing HR strategies that align with our business goals, ensuring a high-performance workforce. This role demands expertise in organizational development, leadership hiring, HR automation, workforce optimization, and compliance management in a fast-paced, tech-driven construction environment.
Role & responsibilities
Strategic Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
Develop a data-driven workforce strategy to align with business growth and project demands.
Spearhead recruitment processes to attract top-tier professionals, including engineers, architects, and factory workers.
Establish a talent pipeline for critical roles in modular construction, factory automation, and project execution.
Lead employer branding initiatives to position the company as an industry leader in prefab construction.
Organizational Development & Leadership Growth
Design and implement leadership development programs for key managers and future leaders.
Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement by implementing agile HR practices.
Develop succession planning frameworks for business continuity and scalability.
HR Technology & Digital Transformation
Deploy HR analytics and performance management systems for data-driven decision-making.
Implement HRMS and automated payroll systems to enhance efficiency.
Introduce tech-enabled training programs (safety training, digital learning platforms) for factory and field employees.
Employee Engagement, Culture & Retention
Design employee experience programs that boost retention, engagement, and productivity.
Establish ESG (Environmental, Social & Governance) HR policies in line with sustainable construction ethics.
Drive DEI (Diversity, Equity & Inclusion) initiatives to create a diverse and inclusive workplace.
Compliance, Safety & HR Governance
Ensure strict adherence to labor laws, safety regulations, and prefab industry compliance standards.
Collaborate with HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) teams to establish zero-harm workplace policies.
Manage risk mitigation strategies, including legal compliance, contracts, and ethical workforce practices.
Qualifications & Expertise
Bachlors/Masters degree in HR, Business Administration, or Organizational Psychology (preferred).
5+ years of experience in HR leadership, preferably in construction, manufacturing, automobile or prefab industries.
Expertise in HR analytics, workforce planning, leadership hiring, and digital HR tools.
Strong knowledge of labor laws, industrial relations, and compliance in construction & factory environments.
Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and strategic decision-making abilities.
Experience in automation-driven HR processes and talent management systems.
