Senior Software Engineer

Analyzing, understanding, and documenting business processes in detail where required. Ensuring thorough documentation to capture the intricacies of the processes. Identifying and communicating the technical infrastructure requirements necessary for the automation solutions. Designing Blue Prism process solutions in accordance with standard Blue Prism design principles and conventions. Ensuring solutions are robust, scalable, and maintainable. Configuring new Blue Prism processes and objects using core workflow principles. Ensuring configurations are efficient, we'll-structured, maintainable, and easy to understand. Creating and maintaining comprehensive solution documentation. Ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and accessible for stakeholders. Supporting existing automated processes. Implementing change requirements as part of a structured change control process. Creating detailed business requirements and technical documentation, including Implementation guides "As Is" Process Description - PDD (Process Description Document) Detailed "To Be" Automated Process Description - SDD (Solution Design Document) Product technical maintenance guides Anticipating, identifying, and managing risks within a Product team. Qualifications Education bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred. Experience Minimum of 3 years of work experience in applying automation-based solutions to business problems. 3+ years of relevant work experience applying process re-engineering tools and techniques. Preferred Experience Experience within the financial services industry. Experience in Blue Prism min 3-4years. Active RPA platform certifications. Experience working in agile development frameworks (SAFe, Scrum, etc) using agile project management software such as JIRA.
