Senior Salesforce Developer

We are seeking a strong Salesforce Developer with a proven track record in designing, constructing, and delivering robust solutions to address business requirements. As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you will also play a pivotal role in supporting our team by offering technical expertise and leading development efforts. Responsibilities : Execute tasks throughout the entire software application development lifecycle: from design and build to deployment, testing, and release. Develop seamless integrations with external systems to enhance overall functionality. Manage the developer assignment queue for weekly sprints, ensuring efficient task distribution. Oversee monthly production releases, ensuring the smooth deployment of updates and enhancements. Provide comprehensive support to developers, leveraging your extensive Salesforce technical knowledge. Collaborate with business analysts, QA and department champions to propose and design processes that align with business needs. Conduct peer reviews of code, mentor team members, and offer continuous support for their professional development Requirements: Bachelor of Science in Information Technology or Computer Science, or an equivalent qualification. 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Senior Developer. Profound knowledge of Salesforce development technologies, including Apex, LWC, VisualForce, SOQL, and Unit Testing. Experience in working with web services (REST & SOAP, JSON & XML, etc). Salesforce Certification is a plus. Exceptional spoken and written communication skills. Proficient in writing technical documentation. Adept in agile software development methodology. Expertise in version control software, with experience in Git being a plus. Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira and documentation platforms like Confluence. Experience with Continuous Integration tools to streamline development processes.
