About Us

You will be responsible for overseeing and managing all civil engineering . This role requires a strong background in project planning and implementation, civil engineering expertise, and a commitment to safety and quality.

Skills Required:

Having the experience in CIVIL Construction about 15-25 Years .

Candidate should have M.Tech/B.tech In civil .

Roles and Responsibilities:

Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets for CHP, Township, and Building construction projects.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and contractors, to ensure project milestones are met.

Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.

Civil Engineering Expertise:

Provide technical leadership in civil engineering aspects, including structural design, foundation, and construction methodologies.

Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations in all civil engineering activities.

Review and approve engineering drawings and specifications.Construction Management

Manage contractors and subcontractors, including procurement, performance evaluation, and contract administration.

Monitor and control project costs and resource allocation.

Safety and Environmental Compliance:

Promote and enforce safety practices and environmental compliance on construction sites.

Conduct regular safety audits and ensure that all workers follow safety protocols.

Implement measures to minimize environmental impact during construction.

Quality Assurance:

Establish and enforce quality control processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality construction projects.
