Skills Required:
- Familiarity with construction procedures, equipment, and safety guidelines Ability to interpret drawings and blueprints.
- Having the experience in the CIVIL or Electrical .
- Having the degree in CIVIL/Electrical in Diploma .
Supervisor Civil :
- Labor Availability Report.
- Labor handling for concreting work.
- Proper use of tools and PPE items.
- Segregation and stacking of site material, Proper staking of unused material.
- Inspect Labor camp and facilities, keep in good condition.
- House keeping, Site Cleanliness.
Supervisor Mechanical
- Facilitate installation of RM Plants, Tower Crane, Mixers, Vibrators, DG, JCB, Cranes, Pumps, site Equipment, tools, storage and maintenance areas, Heavy Vehicles yard etc.
- Installation of water supply, pumping, Fire Fighting system at site.
- Day to day Operation and maintenance of site mechanical equipment.
- Check Fluid or hydraulic leaks, Loose belts, bolts, screws, fasteners, Faulty breaks and tire pressure. Broken or cracked windows/glass, Seat belts, Back up alarms.
- Safety features on machinery guards, emergency stops.
- Machinery, maintenance and repairs record.
- AMCs and operational readiness of Machines.
- Spare Parts availability.
Supervisor Electrical
- Installation of Electrical supply system at site.
- Electrical connections of RM Plants, Tower Crane, Pumps, site Equipment.
- Day to day Operation and maintenance of electric panel, wiring and equipment.
- Keep maintenance and repairs record.
- Spare Parts availabilit y.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Organize construction tasks on day to day basis to meet timelines. Ensure availability of required labour of contractors.Assign daily works to labor as per project schedule.Daily Update and Report to project engineer on progress, status, issues, support & corrective action required.
Mark Layout as per plans, maintain center lines.Mark reference points, levels for form work installation.Check Shuttering, Inspect form work (shuttering) to ensure accuracy and stability.Check Steel binding, spacing, cover, overlaps as per drawings.Supervise construction activities, Ensure proper execution of work like mixing of concrete as per . Design Mix, Pouring, lines and alignment, plaster thickness, surface finishing.
Monitor material availability, inform requirements and follow up delivery of materials.Make Shuttering Material requirement for timely availability.Plan and ensure availability of equipment in good condition.
