As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for managing the sites material inventory, which includes estimating quantities, ensuring timely availability, and overseeing the storage and usage of construction materials, equipment, and resources on-site. You will also ensure the timely and efficient utilization of these resources while maintaining accurate records using the companys ERP software.
Skills Required:
Candidate should have 10-15 years experience.
Graduate or Masters from any stream.
Proficiency in MS project, Excel, Power Point.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Coordinate with Project Manager to make site resources requirement materials, Material,
Shuttering, Safety Items, Office Items etc.
Collaborate with HO and project team to ensure timely availability of materials.
Cross Check and verify the Quantity received and other details and document information
Coordinate with contractors for timely issue of required material and control of usage and returns, control wastages
Ensure Proper handling, stacking, storage of material, Waste Material
Maintain Inventory documents Stock Register, Receipts, Issues and Gate Passes
Make / Check entries in ERP software
Monthly Physical verification, reconciliation of Stock Items
Decide & Deploy Site Repair & Maintenance Requirement
