Technical Project Manager

Job Brief -

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-oriented Technical Project Manager to lead and manage complex technical projects across diverse domains, including SAP, Salesforce, Process Mining, and Composable Commerce. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of technical landscapes, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to execute projects seamlessly while ensuring alignment with client and organizational objectives.

Roles & responsibilities -

1. Oversee end-to-end delivery of technical projects, ensuring timely completion within scope and budget.
2. Manage a portfolio of projects, including SAP S4 HANA implementations, Salesforce integrations, cloud migrations, and process mining initiatives.
3. Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and technical teams.
4. Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets.
5. Ensure alignment with organizational goals and client requirements.
6. Provide hands-on technical guidance for SAP RISE, BTP, Composable Commerce platforms, Salesforce, and Cloud Infrastructure solutions.
7. Stay abreast of emerging trends in Process Mining (e.g., Celonis), ERP Solutions, and Digital Transformation to integrate cutting-edge technologies.
8. Implement Agile methodologies for sprint planning, backlog management, and iterative delivery using tools like JIRA and Azure DevOps.
9. Coordinate with DevOps teams for CI/CD pipelines, release management, and operational excellence.
10. Identify, analyze, and mitigate risks, ensuring project continuity and success.
11. Address project issues and dependencies with proactive problem-solving.
12. Partner with the sales team to develop proposals, respond to RFPs, and deliver technical presentations to clients.
13. Lead cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration between developers, architects, QA, and business analysts.
14. Mentor and guide team members, ensuring alignment with project goals and organizational standards.
15. Drive automation, process optimization, and the adoption of emerging technologies across projects.

Requirements: -

1. 6+ years of experience managing complex technical projects, including SAP, Salesforce, and cloud infrastructure implementations.
2. Proven expertise in SAP AMS, S4 HANA rollouts, Salesforce integrations, and composable commerce platforms.
3. Proficiency in SAP RISE, BTP, Process Mining tools (e.g., Celonis), and Salesforce CRM/CPQ solutions.
4. Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and DevOps practices.
5. Familiarity with ERP solutions, digital marketing platforms, and web/application development.
6. PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or equivalent certifications are highly desirable.
7. SAP and Salesforce certifications are a plus.
8. Expertise in Agile project management tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps).
9. Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools.
10. Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
11. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
12. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
