• Drive performance management initiatives, including appraisals and feedback sessions.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR regulatory requirements.
• Lead training and development programs to enhance employee skills.
• Work closely with leadership on workforce planning and retention strategies.
• Handle payroll processing, compensation, and benefits administration.
• Promote a healthy work culture through engagement activities and employee well-being programs.

Requirements:
