- Business Analysis & Process Improvement Collaborate with stakeholders to define, develop, and document business requirements, objectives, and system specifications. Requirements Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field. Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM & ERP systems and processes. Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment. Proven ability to coordinate mid-size, multi-department projects with management oversight. 4-6 years of experience in a functional role within a manufacturing company, utilizing purpose-implemented business systems. Minimum of 2 years of experience in project-oriented operations focused on process redesign and/or business system support. Ability to work primarily during normal Eastern Standard Time business hours, with flexibility as needed based on project requirements.
