Power BI Developer

As a Power BI Developer at HealthChain, you will work alongside our talented team of engineers to develop features, enhance existing features and debug defects in our world-class product development platform for Healthcare. We are looking for an experienced Power BI Developer to create and manage BI and analytics solutions that turn data into knowledge. In this role, you should have a background in data and business analysis. You should be a self-starter, with a solid working knowledge of Microsoft s business intelligence, experience with relational database development (writing complex queries, creating stored procedures). Responsibilities Design, build and deploy Power BI solutions Maintain and support data analytics platforms Conduct unit testing and troubleshooting Evaluate and improve existing BI systems Collaborate with teams to integrate systems Develop and execute database queries and conduct analyses Create visualizations and reports for requested projects Develop and update technical documentation Requirements BS/MS Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field 5+ years of experience working with Business Intelligence 3+ years of PowerBI development experience Sound Knowledge on Power BI Desktop Data model preparation, creating visuals/reports and dashboards Working knowledge on Microsoft Power BI Service Well understanding of Power BI visuals usage in terms of data analysis Proficient in writing queries and converting business requirements into visualization Proficient in DAX, SQL, and Power Query (M Code) Well understanding of Power BI security model (Row-level security and implementation of it) Good understanding of Power BI Data Refresh Architecture Role: Database Developer / Engineer Industry Type: Medical Devices & Equipment Department: Engineering - Software & QA Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent Role Category: DBA / Data warehousing Education UG: Any Graduate PG: Any Postgraduate Key Skills Data analysisBusiness analysisHealthcareStored proceduresUnit testingBusiness intelligencemicrosoftTroubleshootingSQL
