Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and onboarding.
  • Develop and implement effective HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Conduct performance appraisals, provide feedback, and coach employees to improve their skills and productivity.
  • Analyze employee retention rates and develop strategies to reduce turnover rates.
  • Ensure accurate payroll processing, benefits administration, and statutory compliance.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 1-5 years of experience in Human Resource Management or related field.
  • MBA/PGDM degree from a reputed institution (Any specialization).
  • Strong understanding of HR operations, talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, payroll management, communication skills.
