Responsible for smooth functioning of HR processes in the designated Area by ensuring adherence to the SOPs and addressing employee grievances.
Key responsibilities
OPERATIONAL
Disseminate and implement the HR policies and procedures as mandated by the senior management at the Area level
Coordinate with the Area management over all HR processes to ensure smooth functioning of business
Resolve issues related to background checks and attendance for existing people
Lead the overall coordination, development and delivery of training and development activities for the employees in the Area in coordination with the L&D department
Conduct ongoing needs assessments and identify training requirements
Coordinate with the Area management and Talent Acquisition manager to ensure smooth talent acquisition within TAT
Ensure compliance with PMS guidelines and timelines in the Area
Implement and follow-up on compliance with policies related to employee relations in the Area
Liaise with local employees to address grievances and highlight critical issues to the management
Coordinate surprise checks to ensure all stipulated measures are being implemented to prevent HR lapses
Present/deliver training to employees (where applicable)
