Supplier Quality Assurance - Sheet Metal

Job Summary:

As a Supplier Quality Assurance Specialist at Honda Car, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of supplier-provided components, specifically focusing on sheet metal parts.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform regular quality audits of suppliers as per the Part Control Plan.

- Conduct incoming inspections based on drawing and inspection standards.

- Analyze and verify countermeasures for identified quality issues.

- Handle Engineering Change Notices (ECN) and manage design changes.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.

- 1-3 years of experience in quality assurance or a related field.

- Proficient in quality management systems and standards.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Familiarity with APQP, PPAP, FMEA, 7QC tools, and SD tools.
