Node . js Developer

We are looking for a talented and experienced Node.js Developer with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in building scalable, high-performance backend applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in working with databases like MongoDB and PostgreSQL. You will be a key contributor in designing and implementing backend services for large-scale applications while ensuring reliability and efficiency.

1. Develop and maintain server-side applications using Node.js.

2. Design and implement robust RESTful APIs and GraphQL endpoints.

3. Work with both relational (PostgreSQL) and non-relational (MongoDB) databases.

4. Optimize database queries and schemas for scalability and performance.

5. Collaborate with frontend developers, designers, and other stakeholders to deliver end-to-end solutions.

6. Implement security and data protection best practices.

7. Debug and troubleshoot application and database issues.

8. Stay updated on the latest trends in backend technologies and frameworks.

1. Proven experience (2+ years) in backend development with Node.js.

2. Strong understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript and ES6+ features.

3. Hands-on experience with MongoDB and PostgreSQL, including schema design and query optimization.

4. Proficiency in building and consuming RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL APIs.

5. Experience with API authentication and authorization mechanisms (e.g., OAuth, JWT).

6. Familiarity with message queues (e.g., RabbitMQ, Kafka) is a plus.

7. Good knowledge of version control systems like Git.

8. Strong understanding of asynchronous programming, event-driven architecture, and microservices.

- Experience with TypeScript for backend development.

- Exposure to deploying and managing applications on cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, or Azure).

- Knowledge of containerization tools like Docker and orchestration systems like Kubernetes.

- Experience with performance profiling and monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, New Relic).

- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

- Familiarity with testing frameworks like Mocha, Jest, or Chai.
