JustVend is revolutionizing smart retail through AI-powered vending solutions. As we expand across multiple cities, we are looking for a proactive and dynamic HR Manager to lead our human resource functions, support hiring for key roles, and ensure smooth operations across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
Lead end-to-end recruitment for key roles, including City Directors, Operations Executives, and other essential positions.
Develop hiring strategies to attract top talent and ensure workforce alignment with business expansion plans.
Conduct interviews, manage selection processes, and ensure timely onboarding of new employees.
2. Employee Onboarding & Training
Develop and implement structured onboarding programs to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
Collaborate with department heads to provide role-specific training and development initiatives.
Ensure all necessary employment documentation, contracts, and compliance requirements are met.
3. HR Operations & Compliance
Maintain employee records, process payroll, and manage attendance tracking systems.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and regulatory frameworks.
Handle performance management, appraisals, and HR documentation.
4. Employee Relations & Workplace Culture
Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and grievances, ensuring a healthy work environment.
Develop policies that foster a positive workplace culture and employee engagement.
Organize team-building activities and initiatives to improve employee morale.
5. Performance & Compensation Management
Monitor employee performance, facilitate feedback sessions, and implement appraisal systems.
Assist in salary structuring, incentive planning, and benefits administration.
Work closely with leadership to align HR strategies with business goals.
6. Expansion & Operational Support
Support JustVends expansion by coordinating workforce planning in new cities.
Ensure operational efficiency by maintaining strong coordination between HR, sales, and operations teams.
Provide support in setting up HR processes for warehouses and remote locations.
Key Skills & Qualifications
Educational Background: MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent.
Experience: 3-5 years of experience in HR, preferably in a fast-growing startup or retail sector.
Strong Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills for effective engagement.
Recruitment Expertise: Hands-on experience in sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
HR Compliance Knowledge: Familiarity with labor laws, payroll management, and HR best practices.
People Management: Ability to resolve conflicts, handle grievances, and build a positive work culture.
Process-Driven Approach: Ability to structure HR policies, workflows, and documentation for efficient management.
