Business Systems Analyst Lead - Enterprise

We are seeking an experienced candidate with 8 - 10 Years of experience in MS Dynamics BSA - QA to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing test plans and test cases for Dynamics based applications. Candidate should have a good knowledge of MS Dynamics Field Service / Scheduling modules . The ideal candidate should have a strong background in software development testing practices, governing user stories with Agile methodologies experience in Global environment. Location - India (Bangalore / Remote).   What you'll Do Solid Understanding on the Field Service Module/scheduling in MS Dynamics 365. Develop and implement a comprehensive test strategy for Microsoft D365 FSM & Scheduling projects focusing on automated testing. Create detailed test plans, including scope, resources, schedule, and deliverables with integration points like SAP, SharePoint, SQL, Dataverse and Azure. Provide guidance on testing best practices and methodologies. Identify and report defects discovered during each testing phase. Work closely with development teams to prioritize and timely resolve identified defects. Develop the automation testing framework and apply the selected resource to our Dynamics Microsoft D365 FSM & Scheduling environment. Drive the implementation of test automation where applicable to enhance efficiency and test coverage. Generate comprehensive test reports and documentation for project stakeholders highlighting the impact of testing on product quality, Risk and mitigation plan. Identify areas for process improvement within the testing lifecycle. Implement strategies to enhance overall testing efficiency and effectiveness. Collaborate with the support team to resolve post-deployment issues, ensuring continuous improvements and system stability Facilitate sign off SIT, UAT, Hyper care and ensure all E2E testing of apps. Knowledge of using Jira, Confluence and Azure DevOps. Minimum Qualifications bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. In-depth knowledge of Dynamics 365 modules (Customer Service, Field Service management & Scheduling) including a strong understanding of business processes and functionalities across different modules. Relevant certifications in testing or Microsoft Dynamics 365 (ERP) are a plus. Familiarity with industry-standard testing tools such as Azure DevOps, Selenium, and other automation frameworks, enabling efficient test execution and reporting. Ability to understand and effectively test Dynamics 365 configurations, customizations, and integrations, ensuring solutions align with business requirements and best practices. Solid knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies, working within iterative development processes to deliver high-quality solutions on time. Experience with performance testing and load testing within the Dynamics 365 environment, ensuring scalability and optimal performance under varying user loads (preferred) Strong leadership, Stake holder management and communication skills. Proficient in test management tools and test automation frameworks. Stay current with the latest Microsoft Dynamics features and testing best practices, applying new knowledge to enhance testing processes and improve overall quality. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in the semiconductor manufacturing industry or related fields will be added advantage.
