Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and onboarding.
  
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations related to labor laws and industrial relations.
  
• Develop and implement effective HR policies and procedures for construction projects.
  
• Collaborate with project teams to resolve employee grievances and improve overall workforce productivity.
  
• Conduct performance appraisals, provide feedback, and develop training programs to enhance employee skills.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 8-13 years of experience in human resources management in the engineering & construction industry.
  
• MBA/PGDM degree in HR/Industrial Relations or equivalent qualification.
  
• Proven expertise in hiring, recruitment, statutory compliance, operations, and talent acquisition.
