we are looking a qualified person for re-opening of SME plantof CU roll products like copper wire and copper plats. company is re-starting its production plant after 5 years. candidate having10-15 years above experience in CU roll products( wire and strips). we are looking only person who has long term commitment and ready to work on salary+ production incentive component. Responsible for overall production, factory management, production quality, machine maintenance, new product research and testing, timely delivery of products. cost management, employee management.continuous casting. Sheet metal job work. Wire casting job work. young dynamic candidate who can handle all factory related activities, documentations, metal product testings and documents. Oversee all aspects of plant operations, including production planning, scheduling, inventory management, and quality control. Develop and implement manufacturing strategies to optimize production processes, minimize downtime, and maximize output. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and quality management systems. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as production efficiency, yield, scrap rates, and labor productivity, implementing corrective actions as needed.
