Find new opportunities to expand the customer base & value. Build and use your network to be the first to know about upcoming opportunities. Management Team Responsibilities. Drive the (sales teams) results by showing strong leadership, being close to the sales force, and supporting where needed. Follow up on the teams performance and take corrective actions where needed. Drive improvements and efficiencies through the correct use of the tools. Find and implement new tools and collaborate well with other departments. People & Performance Management.
